Tiffany’s Scrub Club — Returns & Refund Policy

THIS POLICY APPLIES TO ALL PRODUCTS SOLD BY TIFFANY'S SCRUB CLUB UNLESS OTHERWISE STATED ON A PRODUCT PAGE.

At Tiffany’s Scrub Club, we ask that you please choose your products, designs and sizes carefully before placing your order.

Change of mind

We do not offer refunds for change of mind, incorrect size selection, choosing the wrong design, or deciding that you no longer want an item.

Where Tiffany’s Scrub Club agrees to accept an eligible change-of-mind return at our discretion, the return will be provided as store credit only. Items must be unworn, unused, unwashed and in their original condition.

For hygiene reasons, used or worn scrunchies cannot be returned for change of mind.

Stickers are also not eligible for change-of-mind returns.

Faulty, damaged or incorrect products

If your item arrives damaged, faulty, significantly different from its description, or you have received the incorrect product, please contact us at tiffanyscrubclub@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue.

We may need to assess the product before determining the appropriate remedy.

For minor faults, we may provide a repair or replacement where appropriate.

For a major failure, customers are entitled to the remedies available under Australian Consumer Law, which may include choosing between a replacement or refund. 

Preorder products

Please choose preorder products, prints and sizes carefully before placing your order.

We do not offer change-of-mind refunds simply because a product was purchased as a preorder or because you no longer wish to wait for it.

Estimated production and dispatch dates are provided as a guide and may change due to manufacturing, freight or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

If there is a significant issue with your preorder or we are unable to supply the product, we will contact you regarding the available options.

Australian Consumer Law

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

Nothing in this Returns & Refund Policy is intended to exclude, restrict or modify any rights or remedies you may have under Australian Consumer Law.
