By visiting our website or purchasing from Tiffany’s Scrub Club, you agree to these Terms of Service.

Colours may appear slightly different depending on your screen, lighting, printing and manufacturing processes.

Some of our designs are hand-drawn and converted into digital artwork, so minor variations may occur between products.

Orders

By placing an order, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and complete.

We reserve the right to refuse, cancel or refund an order where reasonably necessary, including where:

we are unable to fulfil the order

If we cancel an order after payment has been made, any amount owing to you will be refunded.

Preorders

Some Tiffany’s Scrub Club products may be sold on a preorder basis.

Preorder items are not ready for immediate dispatch.

Estimated production and dispatch dates are provided as a guide only and may change due to manufacturing, freight, customs, supplier delays or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

By purchasing a preorder item, you acknowledge that there will be a waiting period before dispatch.

Please select your product, print and size carefully before submitting a preorder.

Our Returns & Refund Policy applies to preorder purchases, and nothing in these terms limits your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

Shipping

Shipping costs, available delivery options and estimated timeframes will be shown at checkout or explained in our Shipping Policy.

Customers are responsible for providing a correct and complete delivery address.

If you notice an error after placing your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has been dispatched.

Returns and refunds

Returns, refunds, exchanges and store credits are handled in accordance with our Returns & Refund Policy.
